Easy Almond Meal Biscuits Recipe
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup raw castor sugar
- 375 gm almond meal
Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees.
Mix the almond meal and raw sugar together in large bowl. Combine the egg whites and mix well until it forms into dough. Then pull small pieces from the dough, roll into a ball and flatten on baking trays. Place in oven and cook for about 15-20 minutes or until done.
The biscuits have a slightly chewy texture once cooked.
